The service
Billing Pro, operated by Deeve Technologies, lets freelancers create invoices, record payments, issue receipts and track expenses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign in details safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the documents you send to your clients.
Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 10 issued invoices a month. The Pro plan removes that limit and costs [YOUR PRICE]. Pro access runs until the date shown in your account; when it ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays.
Client payments
Your clients pay you directly, for example by bank transfer or through your own PayPal account. We never hold or move your clients' money.
Tax documents
Billing Pro produces invoices and receipts for your records. Unless you are registered with the BIR and your documents meet its requirements, they are not official receipts for BIR purposes. Check your obligations with a tax adviser.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for fraud, to send unsolicited email, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you by email before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions: info@deeve.info.
