Last updated 2 October 2026

Who we are

Billing Pro is operated by Deeve Technologies, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, Philippines (“we”). We act as the personal information controller for your account data, and as a personal information processor for the client data you enter to run your business. Contact our data protection officer at info@deeve.info.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email, password hash, sign in history, two factor settings and plan.
  • Business data you enter: your business profile, logo, payment details, clients, projects, invoices, payments, receipts and expenses.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser details in our audit log and rate limits, used to keep accounts secure.

Why we use it

We process this data to provide the service you signed up for (the legal basis is our contract with you), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records where the law requires.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with these processors, under agreements that protect it:

  • Supabase: database, authentication and private file storage.
  • Vercel: application hosting.
  • Brevo: sending invoice, receipt and account emails.
  • PayPal: payments your clients make to you, and Pro plan payments.
  • Cloudflare: bot protection on sign in and sign up forms.

Some processors store data outside the Philippines. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it to the standard RA 10173 requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you close your account, we keep it so an admin can reactivate it, unless you ask us to delete it. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can be informed, access your data, object, ask for correction or erasure, ask for damages, and port your data. Use Account > Export all my data for a copy at any time, and email us for anything else. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Security

Each account's data is isolated in the database, files are private and shared only through short-lived links, secrets are encrypted, and you can turn on two factor sign in. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
